Remote Support

Do you have a computer problem or just something you need help with? While I do have a shop that you are welcome to bring your computer to, and I will come to you if you need, I can also offer you remote support!

Pricing

Remote assistance is $25.00 per half hour, with at least one half hour minimum. Most problems can be resolved in this time period. Additional time will be billed in half hour increments at $25.00 each. I can accept visa or mastercard, or if you anticipate having ongoing support needs, I can set you up for weekly billing.

Instructions

The only requirement on your end is a high speed (cable, dsl, fios, etc), working internet connection. Here's how it works:

Step One: E-Mail or call me (828-612-3647) to discuss your problem.

Step Two: Download the remote connection here (click "Run" when asked).

Step Three: Double click "Travis Computer Service Internet Support" or "Travis Computer Service Internet Support #2" (Which one is discussed when we speak).

Thats it! From there I can see your screen and interact with it. You can see everything I am doing, and can ask questions. Once we have your problem solved, we will disconnect. No need to worry, I can't re-connect to you without you asking me to do so first, so your privacy is always protected!
